Not a footballer but what about Bernard Halford?

No.
The last bastion of the Swales era and all that was crap about City.
Couldn't believe that he got up the steps at Wembley with the team to collect the FA Cup........ Book, Pardoe, Summerbee etc etc etc must have been well miffed about that one.....

Clearly you have never met or had dealings with Bernard who has given his life to City. Him going up the steps at Wembley showed the esteem in which the club holds him.

One surprisingly not mentioned so far - David White

Maybe theres a few others more deserving but wanted to put his name in here as was my favourite player from my teenage years, alongside having one of the best songs from the Kippax ever -
"Oh David White, Oh David White.
Is f*cking fast, is f*cking fast
Oh David White is f*cking fast
Hes f*cking fast, fast and more fast
Oh David White is f*cking fast!"

Tony Book, came to us late, but has never been far away since, and has probably done most jobs at the club in that time.
Everybody still calls him ''skip''

Agree with Doyle and Lake. Shaun Goater deserves a mention I suppose. How about Tony Book?

Without a doubt Buzzer. He bleeds blue, passionate about City as any blue. Love it when he's on telly telling it how it is.

No doubting his passion - but he was mates with George Best and Mad Paddy Crerand which loses him points, so gonna go with Mike Doyle tied with Tony Book, Bernard Halford and Wimblydon (CTID - Cat Till I Die).
