Can you help?
My sister and her hubby have recently emigrated to Oz. I have been out and bought the old web cam and so has me mar n par as well as the inlaws. Skype seems to work fine, sticks a little bit and the picture pixelates slightly, but between us it is useable. When we use it to contact Oz, it's really poor. My brother-in-law has asked me to download MSN messanger. The picture quality is spot and the sound is OK when talking to Oz, but locally testing it with the family the sound is poor. It is almost like we are getting interference or something and the sound is piercing.
Anyone got any ideas?
We are all on broadband, I use wireless, but not too sure that that has out to do with it.
