have we ever used the multiball at the coms
if not then we should and it would speed up the play from the away teams
and also keep the game tempo up by us

wigan and everton in the last 2 games have slow down the game
by letting the ball run down the line or waiting for the ball from the stands

if you can save 30 sec everytime the ball goes out then use it
wigan last night just took the piss and must have been 5 min wasted if not more

what does everbody think could speed the game up

i agree. i think the ballboys are too slow. it gets me frustrated. takes the pace out of the game when we are trying to build momentum. also doesnt help that we are dog shit at throw ins.

Wigan were wasting time from the first whistle last night but it backfired on them. I'm sure we used more than one ball under Pearce?

Couldn't agree more, there has to be something is place that benefits us as the home side.

Maybe it is my lack of patience, but our balls boys are shite, so slow to react.

We must waste at least three or four minutes each game letting the passge of play drift and amble.

One of the reasons the likes of manure score so many late goals, the ball is back in play very quickly.

In saying that, they don't have shite like Micah Richards standing there for what seems like an eternity, simply deciding when to go ahead with his foul throw.

Go to 0:18 sec is this the multiball you were thinking of

We might aswell let the other team take our throwins, we absolutely fucking suck at them. We always throw it chest height so it's nigh on impossible to control in close quarters or we throw it straight to the opposition. Don't get me started on Micah "Donkey Throw" Richards.

If by multiball you mean having balls around the edge to throw on when it goes out of play, its not allowed in the premier league (we've done it in europe). I'm sure we did it under Pearce but it was stopped because not all teams did it, so it was considered an advantage to have the choice, and they wanted to be consistent.
