I went to Munich a couple of New Year's back and I think it was something like 7 Euros on the S-Bahn. The station is part of the Airport and from memory it takes approx 30 mins direct into the City Centre. Dead easy. If there's a few of you going it's best to get a Group Ticket (I think it's for 5 minimum) as there's a big discount.
