i really should be somewhere else
Just thought i'd write a few words about tomorrow!

" from the north came a great army of men!"

i am leaving very early tomorrow, getting picked up at 7am. Down to londinium on the rattler and then a brisk stroll around the town. i may go south of the river -to kennington - to a 24 hr strip pub -the queen anne. have a wander to west london near fulhams ground for a few pints then head to north london. that is the emirates. have a couple of pints there and then enter the den of the footballing gladiators they call city and arsenal! watch the game, watch city secure a 3 point victory in a tough game that will have glamour, effort, endevour and skill. A heavy midfield battle that will be short on chances!

Have a few celebratory pints on route to the station and then sleep in bliss all the way home.

Is that similar to what your doing!?!

As far as i know, we're leaving at 9:00 but i'm waiting to get confirmation from me mate. we're going with stretford osc so not sure what the plans are, i'll just go with the flow. furthest away match i've been to, barring Wembley in 99. Can't wait, i doubt i'll be having much sleep tonight :p

Train to Euston at 12:55, getting in at 3. Tube up to the ground and I'm sorted. Then on the 9:00 on the way back.

yep all at the drayton from about 1.30 pm..:)

Cooked breakfast at Wetherspoon's in Didsbury Village at 9.30, then drive down listening to Spurs getting beaten on the radio, park somewhere a few tube stops away from Arsenal (any recommendations?), a few pints in the Drayton (I'm not the driver, btw) then take my plush padded seat in the away end of the best ground in the country. Can't wait.
