My Laptop hell

I bought a laptop about 6 weeks ago, it intermittently just turns itself off which really pisses me off. Theproblem solver has come up with this:

looks like a problem with the driver for your printer, uninstall your printer software , and download the latest version from the manufacturers website.

yup....HPZIST12 is a hewlett packard printer driver.
