Dear Mr Platini,
I am a Manchester City fan and today would like to make sure you are aware of what Manchester City and Sheikh Mansour have done for the eastern sector of Manchester.
Uefa have been quick enough to try to drag down City about the money they have brought to the game and how they are supposedly ruining football. There has been reports of a possible transfer ban over the purchase of Jeremey Helan and constant reminders about how City are financing their wage structure.
What will be the chances of Uefa showing my club in a good sense on this occasion? Its not everyday that a football clubs owner pumps in £1bn into the local economy. Jobs will be created locally helping unemployment levels in Manchester and resources being sourced locally. Not only that but it that area will thrive and will surely be a benefit to any youngsters in that area which should help reduce levels of crime in the future as it will take them off the streets.

So Mr Platini, the next time Uefa, or Fifa for that matter, decide to have a dig at little Manchester City, ask yourself this. Why should I have a go at this club when its doing something to help individuals whether they have an interest in football, Manchester City or neither.
Come on Uefa, lets see an in depth report on you're website about the wonderful things that Manchester City is about to do.
Your Sincerely
Richard Ireland
