Dear Mr Platini,

I am a Manchester City fan and today would like to make sure you are aware of what Manchester City and Sheikh Mansour have done for the eastern sector of Manchester.

Uefa have been quick enough to try to drag down City about the money they have brought to the game and how they are supposedly ruining football. There has been reports of a possible transfer ban over the purchase of Jeremey Helan and constant reminders about how City are financing their wage structure.

What will be the chances of Uefa showing my club in a good sense on this occasion? Its not everyday that a football clubs owner pumps in £1bn into the local economy. Jobs will be created locally helping unemployment levels in Manchester and resources being sourced locally. Not only that but it that area will thrive and will surely be a benefit to any youngsters in that area which should help reduce levels of crime in the future as it will take them off the streets.

Here is a link to the article on mcfc.co.uk.

So Mr Platini, the next time Uefa, or Fifa for that matter, decide to have a dig at little Manchester City, ask yourself this. Why should I have a go at this club when its doing something to help individuals whether they have an interest in football, Manchester City or neither.

Come on Uefa, lets see an in depth report on you're website about the wonderful things that Manchester City is about to do.

Your Sincerely

Richard Ireland

Did you send it to him with a free inflatable cock and a cut-out of Platini's face?

lol!

It'll go straight in the bin though, you're wasting your breath! The sooner that cheese eating surrender monkey gets his hands off our beautiful game, the betterm because he's nothing more than an agenda in a suit!

Same goes for that creepy fucker Sepp Blatter!

Put it this way, I wouldn't let either of them mind my children!

Translated for you...

Cher M Platini,

Richard Irlande

Ricster, it's all well and good putting in the effort, but I can't help but notice the distinct lack of the word ****, or the occasional reference to the man himself.

For example; self-serving tosser, despicably stubborn wankstain, or one of my personal favourites... deplorable little scruff with a penchant for sticking his crooked nose in where it doesn't belong.

Must try harder next time.

Dont get me wrong, i'd love to be able to call Platini everything that has built up inside me over the past 2 seasons, but i wanted it to get to someone. Its about time we were praised rather than slagged.

(If they dont give me a decent reply, i'll be sending the same letter by post. Might do it every week until we get the recognition the club deserves.)

Well we get a shout of the FIFA website but nothing has been said as far as I know on the UEFA website.

Thats good news that FIFA have recognised what we have done, but its UEFA that have targetted us and Platini in particular that has had an agenda against our beloved club.

I was just kidding mate, credit to you for going to the effort though.

I think the only credible way to engage the man, to demand his attention and to bring him to his senses would be to find his own personal address.

And place a burning paper bag full of shit on his doorstep, he'll soon see sense.

Manchester City chairman Khaldoon al Mubarak said on Wednesday that the European model of football - which has produced multi-million pound salaries and a growing gulf between the richest and poorest clubs - could not be sustained.

Asked about how the UAE could best build a football model, the Premier League club supremo said: "I am a fan of the American model. The European model cannot be sustained without new parameters, commercial parameters that allow competition, that allow revenue distribution, and that will allow talent to continue to prosper."

Worrying from Khaldoon! Can we not introduce an American style comp in 20yrs time please Mr Chairman after we have won a few things!!
