If I had a quid for every time I've heard supposed ITK's trot this one out I'd probably have enough to stump up the cash for Tevez myself.

What does it mean though? Is your source a high ranking executive? Do they work in the press office? Or do they sell Balti pies at COMS on match days? A bit more explanation would be nice and might help those of us who aren't particularly amused by people making stuff up on a message board see through the bullshit.
