Napoli Ticket!!

can some one help me please... i joined the cup direct scheme for fa cup and champions league, but i dont get payed till thursday and i only have like 7 quid in my account. i received a text saying my ticket for the napoli game was not processed, i am just wondering what i should do... will i automaticly get my ticket when i get payed on thurs? or will i have to buy one seperate

you need to contact customer services

Give Supporter Services a call first thing in the morning. City didn't do anybody any favours by announcing the ticket details and then taking the money twenty minutes later so you won't be the only person with this issue.

Yeah mate contact customer services, the money for my Napoli Ticket was taken out of my account on 26th Aug, seems am in all the Cup Schemes am gonna have to make sure I keep a good few quid in my account at all times as I was under the impression that the cash only left your account a couple of days before the game was played.

I had a card stolen a few abcks bk and didnt change the details on the site. I changed them today after a similar text. Does anybody think i should contact the club as well?

That happened to me last season and I contacted Supporter Services. I'd contact them if I were you, even if you have updated your details now. Better safe than sorry.
