Are they actually going to make another rocket that can get to the Moon then?

Space exploration seems to have stalled for the past 50 years after the Apollo missions.

I'm surprised they haven't made it to Mars years ago considering they went from their first manned rocket to landing on the Moon in about 10 years.

I don't think the issue is getting a man/woman to Mars, the problem is getting them back
How would they break Mars' orbit. It not like they can use a larger gravitational force as they would when coming back from the moon
