I doubt it very much. Arsenal have not longed signed Oxlaide Chamberlain in his position and they already have Walcott for the right wing.

surely the usual way this happens is both clubs agree a fee,everyone finds out and they say medical later or tomoz .
it seems as though everyone is thinking city are just going to announce its done and hes had a medical, i very much doubt that but hope am wrong

Its what happened with the Aguero transfer, rumors began of Aguero flying to Manchester, followed by reports of a medical and finally City announced that they had signed him... there was no prior information that a fee had been agreed with Athletico Madrid, just rumors...
