Does anybody have a clue what is actually wrong with it that is keeping him from being available for selection?

Thats my point karen7 I don't think anybody at the club either knows or is prepared to say how long he will be out for.

Its a complete mystery to me as the Big O used to sing.

I hope it's not one of those chronic knee injuries some players suffer from.
