Rice is not a midfielder. Scrap the midfield, defence, and play a striker that’ll give you movement. Harry Kane is a world class finisher but he’s not going to do what Gabby does. Oh also, Pickford isn’t going to help with any build up play from the back.

he’s by a country mile Englands best player nowadays. Technically a level above the rest. Foden, Sancho and dare I say it Greenwood could reach a similar level if their careers develop as you would expect (and stop fucking around) but for the time being Raz is on his own in terms of the finished product. Kane looks sluggish.
