NBC want two English games to be played in USA

Would it fall under the remit of the new regulator, do you think?
Unlikely as very few of the regulator's responsibilities (as published so far) have the fans at heart. I'm thinking here about stupid kick-off times and high ticket prices.
This may change if a regulator is ever appointed due to the change of government. - But I doubt it.

Just for shots and giggles, what US city would you pick for your matches to be played in ? One man's list:
Liverpool---Boston, FSG home base
Manchester City- Philadelphia, for obvious selfish reasons plus it's my list
Arsenal- Los Angeles, as far from Philadelphia as possible plus Kroncke is headquartered there.
Aston Villa--Birmingham, Alabama for home town reasons
Brighton--San Francisco, quaint coastal location with a heavy gay population
Chelsea--Los Angeles, Bohleytown plus it seems right
Tottenham--Miami, Levy would fit right in
Nottingham Forest-Atlanta, middle of the Georgia pines
Newcastle--Detroit, just seems right
Fulham--New York City (Bronx)
Bournemouth--Minneapolis no particular reason
united--Orlando (they need more tourists)
All others I have no feelings on.

Have your say, children.

The yanks could buy a team like Wimbledon with the aim of getting them into the PL then relocating the "franchise" stateside

They'd become a huge draw with teams having to travel to the USA for away games, they'd be readily recompensed, bit like Toronto Wolfpack did in British Rugby League but with revenues much higher.
Very perceptive post and tyranny of the majority would then kick in. This would be a very effective way of achieving many of their aims and more.

Aside from this back door method, I think the issue the PL have is that the 39th game would had been the best way to advance this (not that I'm in favour) but they went with it too early.
