I thought some of his passing was good, if a bit risky. He obviously has talent on the ball. But he looked lazy as hell to me defensively. Honestly reminded me of the fat, old version of Yaya

Still rough around the edges. Some of his passes in the first half were good. Invisible in the second. Barcelona’s midfield controlled the game with Messi being in there and up front as well.

If anything, it was Aouar who did a lot of defensive work. Not to say Ndombele didn’t but he wasn’t doing what Aouar was. He’s 22 sure but with some good coaching he could become a better. Whether he’s the player City needs is for Pep to say. Can’t wait to see who will be bought in the end
