Expensive but decent deal for Spurs. He is pretty inconsistent though, but he is young.

Rodri is cut above though in my opinion, certainly for our style.

I just really took to Ndombele in the games v Lyon. Reminded me of Yaya.

Spurs have got themselves a player there. massive upgrade on Dier and Wanyama. I expect him to do very very well for spurs.

He was clearly available on market for a while. Initially deemed worth €90m +. Now most clubs including us backed out. And then he ends up at Spurs with a move worth €60m.

So either that's unreal business by Spurs, or there is enough evidence big clubs have gotten on Ndombele to suggest he isn't quite cut for the top sides just yet, and so Lyon had to drop his price a fair bit to sell him off.

No agendas really but the latter sounds like whats gone on here.
