This guy really does typify exactly what we fans want from a City player.

Just seen his latest interview on the mcfc official site - hope the link below works!

Interesting comment right at the end about MICAH - Nedum believes that when Micah is on 'top of his game' he will be part of the team. Hope Nedum also gets his chance as I am confident he won't let anyone down and I personally believe that he is a better player than Matthew Upson or Wes Brown. Probably too late for Nedum to make the World Cup squad - more's the pity!

Him and stevie ireland are the type of players the younger lads should look up to, been at the club through the good and the bad times and always stuck by us, always liked Nedum, sound lad, top player and as a footballer his attitude towards the game and the club is spot on and totally professional, like i say always loved him but after seeing the recent video interviews he's gone up an even bigger notch in my book.

Concur.

My feelings too.

When Nedum first broke into the team, I told my brother that 'this lad will play for England' and he laughed and asked how I could be so confident after only a handful of appearances. There is something about him though - he just exudes class.

His recent interviews have really shown me how much he loves City - I can remember some muppets saying that we should sell him to Villa and the like, not that many blue moons ago.

I just hope Hughes doesn't isolate him too much - he needs to be playing...but then again, he probably will be when Toure goes to the African Nations. Nice to see how humble and level-headed Onouha is though and a REAL Club man - see his references to Kompany, Richards et al.

Hopefully the lad has a 20 year career at City, which would be some achievement.

Hear Hear! Would be great to see and loyalty may be a rare thing in football nowadays, but this lad has that in abundance. I hope Nedum is a stalwart for City for years to come.

I'd say Ned and Stevie are players that all the squad should look upto not just the young'ns

Hopefully, that's exactly what they will be doing over the next 5 years.
