HI. I telephoned at just after 8pm on 16th May and booked 2 seats on the luxury coach to Wembley on Saturday. Have travelled to Wembley with you a few times but some years ago. Gave you my card number and was told it had gone through and I was given a booking ref number. I went on holiday that weekend and came back a day early on friday to go to Wembley yesterday (Saturday).
I found no coach tickets had arrived by post. I telephoned your company and the guy I spoke to said he would phone me back. I phoned him back as I found that no payment had been taken. There was money in the account so not that. He told me I should have checked money taken from my account but if someone tells me my card payment has gone through successfully, I don't expect to have to check. He then told me he was still checking and would phone back.
My wife who had listened said he would't call back and was 100% correct.
Although on holiday, I was in this country and had no messages or anything else from your company.

You certainly left the two of us in the lurch and I'd love to know what happened as it had always gone well before?
