Good luck. When you get it sorted, set up your other email as your recovery address, your mobile number for 2-step authentication (pin codes texted to you) AND print off a set of single use reset backup codes.

Good advice. I forgot my password last week and received an authentication code by text within seconds.

Bit late for you now but I suggest everyone should use a password manager. I've been using keepass and never have password problems
