Need help finding a football docu-series from maybe 2010/2011?

I think it’s been about 10 years and followed a third or fourth division English team for possible 6-8 episodes?

I believe the manager eventually had to fill in because the keeper tore his ACL??

It was here in the states if that helps, but I’m sure they aired it over there.

Edit: I believe it was Wembeldon FC...anyone know where I can purchase or stream the series?
