right back: Brazillian style attacking full-back e.g. Maicon, D.Alves or Bosingwa
left back: see above e.g. Clichy, Evra, Bonucci or Vargas
centre back: young but strong e.g. Boateng, Kjaer or Pique
attacking midfielder: someone that can create somethng out of nothing e.g. Gourcuff, Hamsik, Nasri or Montilivo

LB Luiz or Alexei Berezutsky( a few won't have heard of him, but he's solid as a rock defensively and good attacking)
CB Neven Subotic
CM someone like Cambiasso(if possible, but doubt it) otherwise take your pick from numerous, Gerrard, Gourcuff,Hazard,Lasana Diarra or any other been mentioned anywhere.
defence is the priority first, build from the back and work forward from a solid foundation. Get the spine of the team right and everything else usually falls in place.

Presuming we already have boateng sealed then we need
A left back (could be luiz as he can also play centre back)
A central midfielder - either gerrard or yaya toure, get both if we can
A left winger presuming robinho is on his way then we should go for ozil or di maria
A striker, one of torres, ibrahimovic, higuain, vucinic if we can get any of them.
We might get a little bit of change from 200 million.
