As someone who is always very vocal in supporting Israel, I would like to say Netanyahu deserves to be locked up, and Israel deserves a decent leader.

There are many specific Isreali government policies and/or actions, some connected with Netanyahu, that deserve legitimate criticism (as is the case with our government), but his indictment should not be used as a pretext for the sort of rhetoric to which I believe you are alluding.

I was going to say we all deserve a decent leader but do we get what we actually deserve.

Where there is 'democracy', we tend to vote for them.

Look at our options here in terms of quality. None are real leaders in the sense of what we require
