Not going to happen unless they get taken over. They are a million miles from generating sufficient cash flow to:

1) maintain a top class team;
2) finance the buyout loans; and
3) pay for a stadium.

They would have to get the cash from lenders, but they can't cove 1) and 2) at the moment! Never going to happen unless they get taken over, simple as that.
