New ceiling.....any recommendations?

Having some work done in the loft early new year and will need the landing ceiling sorted out as part of it. A big part of the ceiling will have to come down to get tanks etc into the loft. So we would like it all doing.

It's roughly 5 meters by 2.

Also want a 'pull down' ladder fitted as I'm getting a bit old to climb up.

Anyone on here employed in this line or can recommend someone?
