I have found a belting new P2P TV player called Readon Player.

Might be a idea not to install it your PC if the family use it, as it has some content for the, shall we say, more discerning viewer too!
But for live footy it seems very stable and provides for quality feeds. You need to install the plug-ins when you have installed it. Click on the 'plugins' tab at the top and install 'sopfilter'.
It is the most polished P2P software I have used. The live footy links are in the tab on the list on the right. It is the last one on the list.
