New European Super League Breakaway Threat

Those fans wanting this be warned. It will all be pay per view for every game. Even if fans are allowed back one day post covid few will have the money to travel.all over Europe. They know this so will fleece fan's by putting every game on a box office where you pay a premium to watch.

For all those posters who are expressing their sentiments against the proposed competition , whether the idea of the competition is unpalatable or not, do you really think that City would refuse to take part ?

It would be financial suicide to do so and our owner is not going to go down that road.

it would also mean the club going against the majority of its match going core fan base. It would show the club put money, greed and finance above its own fans.

losing the fans would do more damage to the club then anything.

The club already make huge amounts of money now as it is.

The owners will protect their investment, no matter what happens to the club.

There’s a fantastic PR opportunity here for City to come out against this proposal. Two fingers up to the clubs who’ve tried to stitch us up as well. Unfortunately if this is where the money is going to be I don’t think our hierarchy will position themselves on the outside.

Of course. But if our fans start boycotting and protesting this, it will do immense damage to the owners and the club.
Without fans football is nothing and without us it’s not city anymore - may swell move the club to London if it’s all about investment and profit.
