It’s a change that no one will notice in 5 years, it’s just we’re going through the change. It’s more inclusive and it’ll just become normal.

It’ll be the same in both versions of football. It’s not hurting anybody, barring the ones who don’t want a change. They’ll become less over time as most will think it‘s not worth the fuss.
