@Otamendi's Beard You know the rules...
I probably should know the rules but I've no idea what they are?

Nike has seemingly stopped producing long-sleeves versions of shirts altogether (keeper shirts, excepted).
I suppose the logic behind it is that they have long-sleeve thermal layers available and, if it is cold enough for long-sleeves, it’s likely cold enough for the full layer under the shirt, so why make another version of the shirt few supporters purchase.
I have a few long-sleeve shirts from over the years, though, as I just liked the way they fit.
I heard a while back that our players complained about the Umbro kits because the material wasn't ideal for high intensity sport or warm weather. As beautiful as those kits were, I agreed. Going football training with one of those tops on bust out a sweat within minutes.
You might be correct about the plastic. Maybe someone else knows more about this but I seem to remember Nike making a big to do about using recycled plastic water bottles in their football shirts.Strangely I find that more so with the Nike kits. I suppose it should be described as satiny but it genuinely feels like there is plastic in the material and that doesn't help you when sprinting or on a hot day.
From the Revised, Abridged Bluemoon Forum Rules V. III (Amended 2011):I probably should know the rules but I've no idea what they are?
Same, re the fit. I've got a lot of the Umbro away kits in long sleeves and they're just comfortable, especially in winter.
My favourite is the Black and Yellow one from around 2009.
this is only an attempt at a mock up online but could be something like this?

Seen an Orange 3rd Kit on twitter with Grey writing. Not sure if real or concept. Looks pretty official.
Depends *which* colours. If it was orange and purple then yes, as they aren't really City colours. For some reason either Nike or someone at the club wants them to be... Then again once upon a time red and black stripes had nothing to do with us, nor the sash, nor maroon (or as Umbro called it, zinfandel!)Failing to see what’s so special about either if you switch colours and give them us I’ll be absolutely sure someone would find summat to whinge about
You know? That’s better than the home and away! In a very weird kind of way. Love the silver lettering. Kids will love that.Picture on my twitter - Davidsholmes
Daily mirror voted home shirt as best in the prem !!
