I’d assume the ball is dead, like a penalty shoot out. Only the keeper then takes a goal kick, unlike a penalty shootout. What if a penalty hits the post and comes back out?

Merged this, as its already being discussed.Penalty's,goal keeper saves but pushes ball out no more smashing in rebound the ball is dead and goal kick awarded, Substitutes, when leaving pitch you must leave at the nearest touchline this is to stop all the time wasting (slow walking off).

RIP. It's with Phil now.The ball is dead.
Cheers. I must have missed that one
Update:
The rebound from a penalty rule is wrong and won't come into effect, might be worth updating the thread title or the OP. @The Light Was Yellow Sir
Even Sky corrected their article: https://www.skysports.com/football/...-rules-how-will-new-ifab-laws-affect-the-game
Martyn Ziegler has said Sky Sports are wrong. They had a ref on talksport last night talking about it and said that it was going to be implemented next season. I think it might have been Dermot Gallagher.
Its a corner to the opposing team
No it isn’t.
Under current laws If a keeper takes a goal kick and the ball goes out Over his own goal line without leaving the area it was never live in play so it’s a retake.
