New phone recommendations??

Alright ,

I can upgrade my phone a month early in a 6 weeks (early december) and have started researching what I fancy next. I had an S3 which I enjoyed (camera was ace) but it got a bit laggy the more I filled it up so I ended up swapping with my missus who didnt like the Note 2 but again I thought that was fantastic albeit alittle big for everyday use.
I ended up bloody dropping that an cracking the screen so I sold it on ebay an bought a Nexus 4 with what I got for it which has honestly been the best phone Ive had bar the camera. Any advice on what people would recommend next? Should I upgrade in a month or hold off until next year? Not had an iphone for quite a few years so might waiting for the 6 be an idea? or the S5? I heard the HTC one was a great phone but again I heard the camera wasnt brilliant. Any advice is welcome, cheers blues!

think it was a minus in a review I read, saying the Iphone 5 was better in low light. I just watched a couple of you tube reviews and must admit the HTC one is leading for me at the minute
 
First off you'd have to decide if the OS is important to you. Do you have a lot of paid apps on Android that you don't want to lose? If so then the HTC One looks a cracking phone(if you can afford it) with a stunning low light camera. If you liked the Nexus 4 then the Nexus 5 is slated for release in November.
I'm liking the look of the Windows 8 Lumia's myself but wouldn't personally touch an iMug (whoops meant iPhone :) ).
