Real officials are just dump, Juande ramos was doing a great job ever since he took over the team and won more games than barca in the league !!!

So why replace the guy when things are going great. They're doing the same mistake that they've done with Vicente del Bosque when he was there. Won them a champions league trophy and the next year the la liga title and they've fired the guy!!


pellegrini needs time to build a quality team, he had alot of time with villareal and created a good team there but with madrid they won't be so patience.

Real will never win anything big unless they change their mentality.......
 
Madrid need a massive clear out, there terrible the last couple of seasons cant even remember the last time they got into the qf of the Champions League!
 
Listen , it´s one thing picking up loads of cheap cast-offs from bigger clubs and making a team where there´s NO pressure and VERY LITTLE expectaton - he´s done a good job but the expectation at Madrid will be nowt short of ENORMOUS - I have the feeling he won´t be up to it - a totally different kettle of fish
 
Madrid will need to have a bigger revolving door than City this year if they want to get back on track.

Pellegrini did a great job with Villarreal with limited resources. However he didn't work with many so-called big name players. The last one I can think of is Riquelme, and although he did a good job in the midfield, it all ended in tears. I'm unsure as to whether Pellegrini will be able to get the best out of the wave of galacticos coming into Real.
