New rules to tackle cocaine use by the football fan

Now possesion comes with a banning order

Given the 92 League clubs plus non-league and internationals they should have had a trial run in a single static location say....errrmm........... the House of Commons springs to mind. Surveys report massive cocaine use in there surely it would be easy to search/check people attending and spot searches of rooms/offices would work. Bans would be a very effective deterrent - then if it works there roll out across football......Prem then next year Prem + Cha'ship - next year - you get the picture.....

When ex West Brom, Notts County etc player Lee Hughes caused that fatal car crash for which he was eventually jailed, he had been doing lines as well as booze.

Replace “coke head” with “piss head” and your paragraph still works but alcohol is illegal and prohibiting it didn’t work in the US and made crime and alcoholism worse.
However, buying a bottle of red from the off licence or enjoying a few pints in the pub doesn’t cause kids to be recruited to county lines gangs, drive by shootings linked to turf wars or court cases like that recently reported in Liverpool

What happens when you mix cocaine and alcohol

Increased toxic effects

Increased risk of stroke

Sudden stroke is possible when using both cocaine and alcohol. Cocaine increases the risk of stroke by:

  • shrinking blood vessels

Exactly. That’s what prohibition does. The exact same was happening with alcohol in 1920’s America.

Legalise. Regulate. Tax.

The Powers to be want the game and experience both on and off the pitch totaly based around the Women’s game... this is the future blueprint going forward.. did you see the way the women’s players and crowd were all totally sanitised.. no bad language.. no altercations much on the pitch... no bad songs directed towards opposition fans basically no edge at all to the whole game.. players and fans all in sync.. wanting same collective goal like robots... this sadly is the future of the men’s game too and when you factor they will soon take heading out of the game and the slide tackle it will be like a different sport watched by a different set of fans and values... it’s coming
