£38 for Citycard holders. Sounds great, especially seen as Garry Cooke told us it would be £45 at that Umbro thing (although £40 and I think even £50 was mentioned). GOnna pre-order mine on Wednesday, £36 for a boss new shirt and a Doves gig, can't argue with that! At £45 I was only gonna get 1 of the 3 shirts but considering the free gig and all I might get either the away or third kit as well (yes I know I'm a sucker)

Following our announcement about Manchester City's groundbreaking new kit deal with Umbro, we can now confirm that the new home shirt will be available to pre-order from 9am on the 1st July.
The new tailored design will be available exclusively via official City retail outlets only - that's the CityStore at the stadium, its counterpart in the Arndale Centre and via the mcfc.co.uk online shop. Orders will also be taken over the phone from the same date on 0870 062 1894.
Pre-orders taken from 1st to the 10th of July will guarantee delivery in the UK on the 17th, one day ahead of the shirt's on-sale date at the CityStores at the Stadium and in the Arndale Centre. Both stores will open at 9.00am on launch day itself.
The shirt combines new materials that deliver a new level of performance, with the fabric cleverly knitting cotton on the outside with polyester on the inside. The cotton helps deliver the City colour with a saturated style and confidence, while the inside delivers all the technical performance required by top Premier League players, using a lightweight polyester with an eyelet structure that helps move moisture rapidly away from the skin.
The new adult shirt will retail at £36 for Seasoncard holders and £38 for Citycard members - non-card holders can purchase it for £40 - but there's another great reason for getting your order in early!
The first 2,500 fans to order a new shirt will be offered a free pair of tickets to the "Live from City" event, featuring Doves, Kid British and more, to be held in the shadow of the Stadium on 17th July.
Wear your shirt with pride at the event and you'll even be ahead of Mark Hughes' team, who will don the new kit for the first time when they face the Orlando Pirates in the Vodacom Challenge in South Africa on the 18th.
Garry Cook, CEO of Manchester City, said:
“We consulted our supporters throughout the design process for the new kit and have been delighted with the enthusiastic response they have given to a few sneak previews. City's history and heritage has been coupled with cutting-edge technology to create something that every Blues fan would be proud to wear.
“Our fans have the chance to see and wear the kit ahead of the team in South Africa, with our forthcoming new, improved online retail facility making it even easier than ever to buy this fantastic shirt.â€
