list or no list, i heard something today.

Rumours flying around Carrington that we are going to build a new stadium in one of the carparks. The owners are not impressed with the stadium (size, facilities and the way the atmoshphere doesnt stay in the ground).

Maybe this ies in with what De Niro has been told?

i say lets have 2 stadiums and 2 manchester city's, one for the miserable bastards who dont want change, we can leave them benjani and vassell and all the other shite that leaves them happy.

then the other stadium can be for those who have endured enough and are ready for some success.

wonder which stadium would have the most fans in, probably the shit team one knowingthe mentality of some.

I posted a piece about this very thing a couple of months ago!

There is no way the stadium can be extended, and it would cost just as much to build a state-of-the-art stadium as it would trying to build on to the current stadium.

Cheaper to build an 80,000 stadium than to try to attach another 25,000 seats to the current configuration.

I remember numerous posters laughing at that suggestion...

How about a stadium for those fans that are happy with these big name signing however are worried for the longterm financial state that the club could be left should the owners become bored?

its a chance i am willing to take.

i have served over 30 years, i am ready to dream, if it fails then it fails, it will only be like going back to the worst case scenario (a stuart pearce team)
