New TV :-) No Sky :-(

Just got a samsung, ran plug and play set-up all ok, but cant switch sky on. Scart from old tv into new, remote tunned in but nothing. manual,trouble-shoot and web site are all shite. Help please.

I've just got a Samsung and all I did was use the TV remote to change the channel to AV1 then you can watch SKY no prob! (Assuming the scart is in the AV1 socket)
