Newcastle 1-1 City post match thread

Manchester City Manuel Pellegrini: "I am happy. We started winning the game but we could not have the control after that. We knew that it was very tough."

That why you are getting fucked off.

You can be happy with your point against Newcastle when you are managing a mid table side like Everton next season. Clown.

I'm not sure Everton would take him, no point going from one myth of a manager to another. Our midfield was truly shocking tonight especially navas, toure and delph. A good manager, a brave manager would have done something about it tactically as well as personel

Playing delph on the left is the act of an idiot but you just know pellekeegans thought pattern, delph is playing shit on the wing so I will replace him wth sterling(I have tried this before with delph and it failed it's bound to come good eventually, maybe next week) get bony on we need a striker but kdb is playing number 10, fuck it our most in form influential player can get fucked off to the wing, bony might be pretty shit but he s bound to come good eventually.

Seriously ? I thought they ran about a lot, worked very hard, blocked a lot, and looked just as clueless as we did passing wise, on that performance they'll go down, and that's a pretty damning indictment of our poor performance.
I thought they played a good game as well. Worked really hard although they didn't have much ambition going forward. They were set up to be hard to beat in Benitez fashion

It was an abysmal team performance stemmed from a poor team selection. Not sure how anybody can blame one individual for that as a lot inevitably will depending on who their choice of hate figure currently is.
Agree poor game, whole outfield off the pace. Interested in your poor selection comment. What and why would you have done

I tend to agree both teams were pretty poor and neither deserved anything more than a point.

Its still in our hands but our consistency from game to game is woeful.

It's a pretty good way to get a draw.

Apparently Navas is bemused that he can't beat the first man with his crosses. Said when he practises against Kolarov he has a 100% success rate.
Best comment of the night, what pisses me off about kolarov is that he doesn't look like he gives a shit. First out for me

If I was a Newcastle fan I would be really pissed off we were there for the taking.

And, if we were resting before the Madrid game, do any of us need to turn up for the Stoke game?

After the battering at theirs earlier this season and with them having some rest, I can't imagine what we are going to come up against.
