Was there not some kind of a yellow card amnesty at the end of the year?

Ok, I was intrigued by this so I looked it up on the FA website, rules have changed! soz forgotten how to do links in tapatalk:

http://www.thefa.com/news/2018/jul/31/red-yellow-cards-technical-area-2018-19

Basically:
No dates for bans it’s games (the team-not clear) have played.

5 card cut off date no ban after 19 games
10 card etc 32 games
15 card etc end of season.

Also, cards picked up in domestic cups now don’t count in PL and vice versa.
Ban after 2 cards in domestic cups.

Currently played 23.
Kompany 4
Fernandinho 4
Can pick up another 5 cards in the next 8 games
Aguero 3
B. Silva 3
Can pick up another 6 cards in next 8 games:

Advantage for us: the deeper we go into the cups any bookings don’t affect prem.

Disadvantage: we’re 1 game behind by 1st cut off date as we’re always on telly in new year and can be 3 games behind by the 2nd cut off date due to being in cups/CL so we don’t get an advantage of having less games for players to get booked in (then play more games in the last quarter of the season).
It’s fairer by games team has played.

Early goal please as we know the Spanish waiter will be parking the bus. With Kev beginning to fire and our front 3 ( take your pick from either Serge or Jesus to tally with Sterling and Sane) in fine form our extra quality will tell.

We need to go strong to keep the momentum, so I’ll go for the following (not knowing if Mendy will be available):

—————————— Muric ——————————
Walker —— Stones —— Laporte — Danilo
—————————— Dinho ——————————
————— King Kev ——— Ederson —————
Sterling ————— Aguero —————— Sane
Eddie?
