This kind of sums up everything that is wrong in the modern world. Here's a company and a group of individuals who are very blessed to be earning ridiculous amounts of money and what do they do, try to play the system so they can make even more.

When will tax fraud and offshore accounts really be dealt with? If people paid their fair share we could live in a wonderful society.

I'd expect any potential buyer to be fully aware of any HMRC action and factor it into any purchase so I don't think Ashley can get out that way.
