Yep. Our results with him in the side are great. Our results with him and Rodri together are exceptional. When Kovacic wasnt starting we went on a very dodgy run, he allows Rodri to have licence at times to influence us up the pitch.

I do wonder what some people watch at times… We dominated 80% of that match amd he contributed massively to that. No easy task away at Newcastle

I’d just like to applaud Oscar Bobb, not only for scoring a fantastic first premier league goal,
But also how he stayed on his feet after Trippier’s tackle, then to round the keeper with some outstanding footwork to score. lesser players would’ve gone down, & have done, with an easier route to goal. Yes Jota, Fernandes I’m talking to you.
If the refs are instructing teams on the rules next season, they need to be getting a package together on “fouls in the box” Oscar Bobb’s goal being the gold standard to aim for, & the how not to example “going down as if shot by a sniper” when a defender / keeper touches a stray thread from your sock.
I thought simulation was a bookable offence?

Kovacic's form has increased immeasurably since he started tucking his shirt into his underpants, like Rodri.
The difference is too stark to be coincidence!

Just watched the TNT highlights - McCoist burst joyously into the commentary for both the barcodes goals but observed an almost Tyleresque silence for our equaliser & winner. By their fruits ye shall know them .

Great game, watched the highlights back a few times already. One thing I’ve noticed though is why is Ali Mann’s commentary different on the goals on the brief highlights compared to the extended highlights on the city app. Seems a bit overkill to re-record commentary!

i listen to Ali, watch the minute by minute on the graun, and they both lag behind the match-day forum !!! City+ has improved, it needed to, compared to the professionalism that the whole CFG is so good at, it was very amateur, Still doesn't seem the top brass take it seriously.....
