If they don't go low block against us and open up, we're capable of tearing them a new one.
However I suspect Eddy won't disappoint with a back 9.

Honestly, I believe City will win. I think Newcastle offensive system still is subpar, but their defensive game is really good. So I think they will eventually concede against us and will not have the offensive power to try a better result.
My biggest worry is about Haaland goalscoring. He needs goals to feel more relaxed and adapted. He also said a big reason why he came to City was how many touches/opportunities the system creates. He almost didn't touch the ball last match.
So I hope he can score against Newcastle. The sooner he is relaxed and confident in the system, the better.

We have better players and a better manager, We always do well against Howe teams. It could be a surprise result but why would expect anything other than a win.Barcodes not to be underestimated. Some decent players and a very shrewd manager. Would settle for a draw here.

When Howe was at Bournemouth he sent his teams out to kick City off the pitch, with the advent of VAR he may be a little reluctant but they will kick us. Still think we will beat them.
I doubt that is realism.Realism
Realism is that we are one of the best team in the world while Newcastle are a midtable club at best.
We have lost to norwich before so it is not impossible to lose to Newcastle, but if we are at our best we should beat Newcastle.
