That's because they are a lower league team punching above their weight.Watched from high up in the East Stand. Fucking immense to watch how we pass it around from a view in the gods.. Thought Kovacic was tremendous. Fucking hate the Geordies with their songs that you would expect from a lower league team.

Don't know it's our play dominance play skill that make teams look like chumps! Ask Madrid and Bayern from last seasons champs league! When we on it it makes teams look like a Sunday league team

What a thoroughly enjoyable game, we were collectively superb. Loved Phil, Bernie and the Count. Big Erl really getting some treatment from the ragpies kickers. Loved Rodri and Kova in the middle, definitely our best shape. The boys at the back all did well especially Akanji and Ortega.
Ref surprisingly good booked them early and gave free kicks rather than playing mythical advantage. They were still a load of cloggers, Burn possible League One level.
Well done all the blue shirts who sat under that deluge, good atmosphere. TV presentation beyond piss poor, expect nothing from bitter shearer and troll Murphy but Richards really isn't great.
Let's stuff Coventry, though the rags would be a nice consolation prize!

We're streets ahead of Newcastle, grateful Bernie had a pop and scored twice otherwise they'd have hung on for penalties. Their only threat came from our mistakes, a couple of chances I think? I'm fed up of refs letting teams kick us all game. It's the only way they can even things up a bit and they're blatantly doing it.
