Very hard game....they have intensity and goals in them and will definitely challenge for top spot this year.
We need to be a lot more creative than we were vs Seville and Arsenal but with no kdb, gundo ee are looking light in Central midfield in that respect..and our wingers/ wide players don't provide much in terms of this normally.
Haaland has looked isolated in the games so far except Burnley but thet game means nothing as they don't compare to Newcastle...
 
Very hard game due mainly to us getting up to speed/midweek travel etc-but I suspect Newcastle will play a little deep fearing us, and that will play into our hands.
 
If they sit back and counter it’ll be a tough game. If they press us and come out Haaland could have a very good game if we can find him
 
I think we're going to need legs more than ever in this game, after the midweek fixture. Pep may surprise us, and play Haaland alone up front and 5 across the middle. Rico Lewis wide right to advance when in possession and take some of the overlapping responsibilities off Kyle. Or share them.
 
Did the team remain in Athens for rest,recuperation,hydrotherapy , warm down etc.

Pep prefers that if we have a mid week euro away game.
