Looks like the red tops are getting their twopence worth in. Very upset. I sincerely hope that we are not one of the clubs complaining.

I can only think of a couple of clubs with such a large sense of entitlement and privilege that would think they should/need to be kept informed of the deal at every stage.
Good to see it looks like the barcodes will be the new recipient of dipper and rag concern for Homan rights and fair play.

In 3 or 4 years it may be Us, Chelsea and Newcastle vying for the top 3 in the P/L.

Liverpool have done extremely well but it strikes me that they could lose out to clubs willing to spend more.

United are an ongoing mess. Arsenal aren't willing to spend enough. Tottenham will be there-abouts but I don't think Levy will spend enough for them to win the title.
Not in 3 or 4 years, it'll start with next summer's transfer window and Newcastle will the favourites from the get-go.

No real issue with the geordies getting an influx of cash but Warren Barton is such a small time prick....2 times I’ve seen him mouthing off about this and he’s threw a sly dig our way, he’s coming off like that that chav that won the lottery Mikey Carroll.

Thick journeyman player.

He’ll 100% be sacked - just who they get to replace him.

Rafa? ;)
It is anybodies guess isn't it. There's loads of rumours, Rafa, Steven Gerrard, Antonio Conte and a few minutes ago I read that Brightons Graham Potter is in the frame.

I reckon we will know before next weekend and he will be installed in time for the Spurs game and Fathead will be out the door, with a cheque for £8million.

He might be an ex rag, but fair play to him if he gets that. I think his record, overall, isn't much worse than Rafa's, who they idolised for whatever reason. I don't know what they expected Bruce to do, given the way Ashley restricted the spending.

If I was him i'd walk away from the game and enjoy that £8m
He won't have long to wait for the Watford job if he fancies another shot.
