I know it's been done to death but really can't be assed to scroll through pages.

Surely we only want/need 3 players max now? If we keep changing every window we will never have a team who plays together well.

So who do YOU want in/out...?

Out:Swp Adebayour Bridge Given Lescott Viera Jo Santa Cruz Onuha and a few young players and maybe one or two surprises like Barry or Johnson
In:Dzeko Hulk Swiensteiger(spelling) cb/lb and maybe a few prospects

Out:

Cunningham
Vidal
Logan
Bridge
Vieira (coach)
Etuhu
Wright-Phillips :(
Adebayor
Bellamy
Jo
Santa Cruz

In:

Attacking right back - unless Zabaleta keeps improving!
A Fabregas or Sneijder (if not one of them!) style central/creative midfielder
A squad striker - someone who even when playing well will understand he's not first choice and won't complain when he's on the bench!

So by the start of 2012-13 season:

-------------------------Hart-------------------------
???--------Boateng--------Kompany--------Kolorov
----------------de Jong--------Yaya-----------------
--------------------------???-------------------------
--------Balotelli------------------------Silva---------
-------------------------Tevez-----------------------

Squad team:

------------------------Given-------------------------
Micah---------Kolo---------Boyata---------Zabaleta
----------------Barry----------Milner-----------------
----------------------MJohnson-----------------------
-------Weiss-------------------------AJohnson-------
--------------------------???--------------------------

-- Sun Dec 05, 2010 3:54 pm --

The big thing for me is that we need to produce some better quality Academy players. It might take ten years to change the way things are run and developed at City and within Manchester. I think the only Mancunian in the last England squad was Phil Jagielka!
