Might be stating the obvious but 9 points is a must, we cannot fall further behind, this is where it all went wrong last year and we never recovered, new year sees us back in 3 more competitions so anything less than maximum points over this period could be fatal.

Personally I can only see us taking 4, maybe that's the 'typical city' mindset in me

I've got a feeling that we'll do just that. Going to have a look at the odds and put £20 on it.

Not gonna happen.
Have a heart and put that towards a charity of your choise, not to your favourite bookie FFS.
In fact, IF we somehow get 9/9 I guarantee you I will make a donation of £20 to a charity.
 
7/9 minimum requirement for me. We have lost too many games already.

If Kompany is back we may get them. If he isn't I cant see much changing.
 
Leicester & Watford will have a field day against us and the amount of space we give teams, Leicester are 5/2 to beat us and 9/2 to win and BTTS - £10 on each for me
 
I think we'd be in good shape taking 7. Two are away from home to sides on great form. If we take 7/9 I would guarantee we'll be closer to the top of the table than the six points behind we are now, especially if we can defeat Leicester.
 
We need 9. But we won't get that.

Seem to not give a shit about PL. All about CL. Which is a shame because the league is ripe for the pickens...

The cups are a side show.
 
Nine points is a must. We certainly have to beat Leicester. We will probably get 3 or 4 though.

We've made Stoke look like Barca and Swansea like Top 4 challengers. If we don't play different and better then Leicester and Watford will continue the trend.

It all depends if the players rediscover their motivation and the manager discovers the art of tactics.
 
If we don't pick up 9/9 from Sunderland/Leicester/Watford then we will not win the league. I predicted 9 points out of 12 over Christmas/new year, expected to get beat at Arsenal (although we played much better than I expected).
 
No chance. 3 is what i expect and even those 3 will be unconvincing. Leicester will do what Arsenal did to us, I see Watford forcing us into individual errors that cost us goals and we can't score enough to outscore them.
