Last few seasons we could beat anyone and go on long winning streaks because we scored goals and lots of them.
This season we aren't, so until this is sorted out it winning runs will become a challenge for us.
Part of me thinks Pep is a proper stubborn **** and will keep starting out of form players like sterling and Mahrez (ok he had a worldy v the mighty clarets) rather than going with hungry players, in Foden and Torres.
Attacking has been our DNA in seasons gone by but at the moment it looks like George Grahams Arsenal, keep a clean sheet and try and nick a goal

There were a lot of nervy and hard won 1-0 wins in that great run we had from Jan to the end of the season a couple of years ago.

I think predicting anything at the moment is pointless. We are not playing that well and neither is anyone else. One thing I do know is that we need Aguero back ASAP because this forward line isn’t potent enough.

Last week I listened to someone on a podcast claim that Liverpool look terrifying and couldn't see them dropping a point in the next half dozen or so games. Today they had to rely on the usual penalty award and another one being disgracefully ignored for Fulham. The only certainty we can all predict is that Liverpool will be given all the help possible to retain the title.

8 wins plus two points away at Chelsea and Everton and we should be well up there.

Need to capitalise on this. We are going into the part of the season where everybody plays 3 times a week out squad depth should give us an advantage over these smaller sides who can’t be rotate. Plus this comes just before an incredibly tough February. Unless a sidebar currently above us wins enough so we literally cant overtake them we have to be top coming out of that fixture schedule

I would say 8 wins minimum with lots of goals to add.
Get a good run going into 2021 hopefully another league cup and then a crack at the PL and CL.

I think its pretty clear if we are not top or very close to the top after those fixtures we are not going to win the league.

We need 7-8 wins and at worst dont lose to Chelsea

I think 22-24 points.
