World class Manager!!!!
So happy to see him come back to Wembley and exercise his FA Cup loss, and deliver on the amazing job he has done with this Italy team. No stars, all play in Serie A except verrati, we would do worse, what a legend! Ps: I ain’t English so understand the hurt tonight! xx

Trouble is no manager does. That’s just how that club works. But they would get a tactically astute, and clever manager.
Looking at this Italian team, I can see Mancini has also evolved as a manager. He is loved by his players, and plays attractive football.

He’s definitely moved with the times, unlike the likes of Mourinho and Ancelotti, without compromising the core principles that make a Mancini team.

Would love to have him back here again - we’d need a proper goalkeeper though.

He was always loved by his players but for a short time, that was his issue.

Incredibly demanding to the point of almost bullying.

I love this guy and will never forget what he did for the club, he made us into WINNERS and that is an incredibly hard thing to do, if it was not for Roberto we would not have Pep in charge now.

I think the Italian job is perfect for him, he is not with his players constantly and he gets chance to chill, relax and contemplate between games and it brings out his best qualities.

You should never go back, but Bobby gave us out best days ever. The 2011 FA cup semi, FA cup final, the sick swan, the Vinny inspired win that put the title in our grasp and of course 93 20 . While so disappointed last night was pleased for Bibby he deserved it
Next manager have not got a clue hope it's something we won't have to think about for a while.

I would expect Tuchel, Nagelsmann and Luis Enrique will be the top 3 picks.

Tuchel and Nagelsmann will be out of jobs by 2023 based on the history of the clubs they are at, and Luis Enrique will probably want to go back to club football after Qatar.
