Next season home match prices ?

I'm not a "Cityzen" so I can't see the matchday prices, can anybody please tell me the prices for the 1st 2 home games - Sunderland / West Ham

I got mine for £40 in 119 section.
Think get a fiver off for being Cityzen?So £40-45 for Sunderland and £40 again for the Happy Hammers.

Any chance a Cityzen can see if there are still tickets available for the Arsenal and Watford games in December. Will join if I have to so I can buy tickets but if they are already sold out then I won't.
