City - New players hungry for medals and the Viking breaking Dixie's record.
Utd - TenRag gets reinforcements (including Kane) and we have to suffer a season's worth of articles about how they are just as good (if not better than!) Pep and Erling
Newcastle - Steady improvement. It's almost ominous how far they've come with so little regard from the pundits. You'd feel that the beginnings of a rivalry are brewing here as the Dippers descend.
Arsenal - They continue to be a cut above most teams in the league, but being in Europe and the improvement of other teams will peg them back.
Chels - It's a project. Pochettino may find an XI in that mess of players that he likes and they'll start fast, but I doubt it. It'll take a while, but I see them reasserting themselves sooner or later (I just happen to think it'll be later)
Dippers - I don't see big investment to refresh this squad (particularly with the talk of a sale of a partnership offering). And I don't care how many inhalers you give him, Salah won't get this team back into 4th next season.
Villa - I'm not sure that Emery will be given what he needs to make an assault on the upper tier.
Brighton - Sadly, they'll get picked apart in the transfer market and will need to develop another core of players.
Spurs - Losing Kane will be a mess.
