Seeing as no bugger in the press picked up on it, pundits or otherwise, thought I'd give a mention to all the City fans who applauded the Wolves players and fans yesterday at the final whistle, nice to see and it shows what a great group of fans we are.....Well done, the Wolves fans appreciated it and applauded our show of support and understanding of their situation.

I dont think we would have applauded them had the days results not gone our way, in the mood we were in im pretty sure we would have even applauded Jedward..

They wouldn't have been down with a win though!
I'm sure it takes much less to 'convince' them to go down!

In my opinion I think they're a fucking shit club. They are second to United in terms of how much I fucking hate them.

That said, they did not deserve the image of their owner laughing. Every time I saw the camera on him he was laughing. A lot of people work hard for their money and a club going down in any league is a big thing.

You have to admire the way they got behind their side , especially late on in the game , but Wolves have gone down because they've only won five league games all season , not because City recorded a last gasp win there.

It would appear that , aside from the few Wolves fans that fought with City fans outside , the rest did themselves and their club proud ........ i wish them well in their quest to return to the Premiership , but they'll certainly need to strengthen the squad.

I like Wolves, great club with a cracking past but one that has seen much darker days than even us. Must be galling to a Wolves fan that they have ripped down a perfectly good stand (that isn't even 20 years old) and replace it with a new one, yet the investment in the team has been limited and the team relegated. Further more pictures of the owner (who everyone knows is a diehard Liverpool fan) smiling and laughing in the stands. I remember someone posting on here a few weeks ago after the Arsenal game (I think?) about Khaldoon al mubarak having a face like thunder after defeat. I'd rather have this rather than see the owner/chairman laughing and joking after suffering huge disappointment.

Some serious winding up going on during the game, but once the final whistle had gone,we clapped each other.nice to see.
